Getting hurt in an accident is one situation in which having someone to render aid would be beneficial. If an individual is injured in a hit-and-run accident, the assistance he or she needs may not be immediately available, and a driver could face charges for leaving the scene.

Man suffers serious injuries in Illinois pedestrian accident

Being a pedestrian on a busy street can put an individual at risk of being hurt due to passing vehicles. If an individual is hit by a car, serious injuries are likely to occur. Hopefully, the driver involved would stop and render aid, and if not, that driver could face charges for being involved in a hit-and-run accident.
