Car accident in Illinois may lead to civil claim

It was recently reported that an accident took place in Illinois between two vehicles. The driver of a car was apparently attempting to make a left turn at an intersection when the car and a van collided. The impact caused the van to overturn multiple times, according to witnesses. The incident apparently did result in injuries for the van driver as that individual was taken from the scene to an area hospital. It was not mentioned whether the driver of the car was injured.
