Devastating Illinois school bus crash kills 1 other driver

Based on witness reports, it appears as though at the tail end of the morning commute, a school bus full of young children ran a red light, and then collided with two other passenger vehicles. Terrifying Illinois steel plant explosion injures 9 employees

Firefighters report that they had been to the Illinois steel plant that had an explosion last week on previous occasions due to workplace accidents, but this was the worst they had responded to. The Occupational and Safety Health Administration is investigating the industrial accident that injured at least nine employees, but preliminary reports indicate it may have been an explosion of natural gas.

NTSB calls for more safety on railroads across the country
