Illinois man pleads guilty to running over friend with minivan

ofA September 2011 Champaign fatal car crash has led to the driver being sentenced to prison. The man was driving drunk when he ran over his best friend, causing his death. The driver, still distraught over the car crash, has been sentenced to serve 12 years in prison and will be required to serve 85 percent of his sentence.

Champaign car crash sends one man to the hospital

ofAn Illinois car crash sent one man to the hospital recently. The crash occurred about 10 minutes before 11 a.m. at an intersection in Champaign. As a result of the car crash, a 21-year-old man was transported to the hospital.

Murdock car crash injures 5 when trailer overturns on top of car

ofAn Illinois car crash sent five people to the hospital on March 23 in Douglas County shortly after 4 p.m. The injured people ranged in age from 7 months old to 60. Everyone hurt was transported to the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana after the car crash occurred.
